Irrigation solution for urinary catheter maintenance and bladder instillation.
Uro-Tainer Saline (NaCl) is recommended for indwelling urethral and suprapubic catheter users. Routine catheter rinsing can help aid the removal of mucous and debris.
Recommended rinse frequency: 2 to 3 times per week unless prescribed differently by a doctor. The maximum dosage is twice daily.

By: Anonymous on 20 April 2022I cannot praise this product enough. to have an easy method of doing a flush with sterile saline, that doesn't involve additional products/items to acheive, makes life so much easier. 100ml is a good size too. the alternatives are using a syringe and multiple 30ml sachets or a 500ml/1L bottle of saline; both of which substantially and unnecessarily increases the risk of contamination. I use this saline flush when i first notice sediment, a change in urine odour and/or becomes cloudy, if the urine feels acidic or if I'm dehydrated. this has drastically improved the health and function of my catheter/bladder and infections are minimised. when my fluids have been restricted/minimal for a day or two I use this product to flush out and dilute whatever the kidneys have filtered into the bladder and this reduces possible infections or issues. great product
