Paralogic are Moving!

We are about to make a big move, bringing our dispatch operation in-house, so we can offer you more products and services, with the same great service and affordable pricing you are used to from us. 

Warehouse Closure

  • Our current warehouse in Sydney will be closing Friday 28th March
  • Our new warehouse at Coolum, in Queensland’s Sunshine Coast will begin full operation Monday 7th April
  • That means the week commencing March 31st, for five days, no orders will be dispatched.

Price Rise

  • This move is timed to coincide with our yearly price increase
  • As usual, we are giving you a heads up on the price rise, so that you can order now and take advantage of the existing prices
  • Prices will rise as follows on Tuesday 1st April

Effects on Shipping

  • There will be no increase in shipping time when we change warehouses
  • If you live in Queensland, you may actually see an improvement in shipping times
  • Depending on where you live, you may see a slight CHANGE in shipping prices.

Product Availability

  • Please be aware that we may run low on stock of some products in the weeks leading up to the move as we begin to transfer stock
  • Rest assured, we will always have our Paralogic Catheters available and we will be back to full capacity as soon as our QLD warehouse is online
  • We are preparing to clear the warehouse to make the big move easier.   Keep your eye on our emails, social media and website as the move gets closer, when we offer sales on products we want to clear.

Queensland Time

  • We have always officially operated on NSW time for our opening hours, despite most of our staff being QLD based
  • When the new warehouse opens on Monday 7th April, we will be operating on Queensland time
  • When we open in QLD and during the winter months this will make no difference to our operating hours as QLD and NSW operate on the same times zones.
