UroFem D-Mannose 1000mg
By: Julie on 22 April 2023Instructions on the product suggests that it may take up to 3 months of use to take effect. I was also on medication to control incontinence. While I was in rehab the urinary overflow leakage did wet my pants down to my knees. It was a few weeks after discharge that I found this product. Throughout the 3 month period I still had a small amount of overflow leakage outside the urinary catheter. The leakage was also contributed to by severe bladder spasms. Toward the end of the 3 month period I had a suprapubic catheter inserted. At the time of my surgery, the bulking agent that was to be placed in my urethra to cease further leakage was out of stock. It was hoped that the botox treatment to the bladder, would stop the overflow leakage through the urethra as it should no longer have the pressure from the regular, severe spasms. Unfortunately the botox made no effect on my bladder. The severe spasms continued. This meant the leakage also continued. The UroFem D-Mannose was effective to a great degree. I suspect had I not been taking it, that it would have been very difficult to even leave home. Thankyou for your product.

Management of low grade UTI
By: Jasmin on 11 February 2023As a person who ISC find this very useful in treating low-grade UTI, and have avoided having to use antibiotics several time since using it. I haven’t experienced any side effects.

Eventually Some Relief!
By: Renate Peacock on 7 December 2022For a number of years now, I have been seeing a urologist and a gynaecologist for persistent and ongoing UTIs. I have become resistant to a number of antibiotics and, when I last visited the urologist, she suggested I look at starting UroFem D-Mannose tablets. I have been on the tablets now for a couple of months without a UTI. So far, so good. I am very pleased with the results.

UroFem DMannose
By: Hans B Sander on 18 November 2022I had no bladder infections for 6 years after my operation but then suddenly they started. So it was antibiotic on average 2 or3 times a year. I saw UroFem adveetised by Paralogic a couple of months ago and decided to try them. I have consumed 2 bottles ( 50 tablets in each) and perhaps it is too early to say that it has stopped any infections but, knock on wood, so far, so good.

Effective for e-coli UTIs
By: Lee Dudley on 10 July 2021I used to buy D-Mannose from the US as couldn’t source it in Australia. Once GST was applied to I-herb, stopped buying it and turned to Hiprex on PBS. I am very happy to get D-mannose again and will use it to blitz problems. Recently had to take antibiotics for first time in 3 yrs but in future, will use D-Mannose first. Thinking of taking it on weekends as preemptive strike as well, given self-cathing 4-5 times per day.
