I have recently changed to using Paralogic intermtitent catheters - wished I had done so years ago. They are priced well, packaged well, extremely comfortable to use and totally convenient to pop in my handbag when going out. Paralogic is a great company to deal with, deliveries are ASAP and I have do not have one complaint about their prices or efficient service.

Bent catheters

Some catheters in boxes are bent to a L-shape. They are hard to then use.

Paralogic Response
Regrettably, this is a result of the way the catheters are packaged into boxes as individually separated items. We have been working with the factory on solutions for this and will be trialling keeping all 100 catheters together in one long row that can be separate with perforations on the next delivery of male length catheters (where we have been having more problems). Unfortunately this won’t suit customers who have limited hand function as it will make removing and separating catheters more difficult. Apologies for the difficulties as we work towards a solution that suits everyone.

The paper cover doesn’t come of properly.Makes it hard to put the lubricant on near the tip.They also could be a bit shorter like 16 cm.

The good and the bad

I have had a few boxes which have not had the full amount of catheters. This is definitely not Anne-Marie, or or wonderful staff’s fault, it is the manufacturer. I have been purchasing from Anne-Marie for about 13 years and her honesty, and high principles are an example of what every business could emulate. I use the fg10 catheters. The length is ideal. Only issue was at one stage when catheters were bent as they were crammed into the carton. Solved by putting under a weight . Not an issue atm.
